The words "Cabo360s ™", "we" and "our / a / i / and" refer to Gioia Group srls, a simplified limited liability company subject to Italian laws and with registered office at via Merliani 144, 80129, Naples. "Platform": website, mobile site and app under the property and control of Cabo360s.com and managed, maintained and / or hosted by it, on which the Service is made available. "Service": the online booking service (including the management of the related payment) of various products and services made available by the Partners on the Platform. "Partner": the provider of accommodation (for example a hotel, motel, apartment or bed and breakfast), attractions, museums, sightseeing, cruises, train and coach tours, transfers, tour operators and any other related products or services or related to the travel theme, made available for booking on the Platform.
1. Purpose of the service
Through the Platform, we (Cabo360s.com) provide an online platform that allows Partners to advertise their products and services and Platform visitors to make reservations (i.e. the booking service). By making a reservation through Cabo 360s ™, you will establish a direct contractual relationship (binding in legal terms) with the Partner with whom you made the reservation of the product or service (where applicable). From the moment of the aforementioned booking, we will act exclusively as intermediaries between you and the Partner, transmitting the details of the booking to the relevant Partners and sending you a confirmation e-mail for and in the name of the Partner. Obvious errors are not binding, including printing errors.
2. Rates and availability
Hotel, Villas and services rates and availability are provided directly by the partners. Although we provide our Service with diligence and attention, we are unable to verify and guarantee the accuracy, completeness and correctness of the information, nor can we be held responsible for any errors (including manifest and typing errors), interruption of the service (whether due to failure (temporary and / or partial), repair, upgrade or maintenance of the Platform or other), for inaccurate, misleading or false information or for their non-delivery. Each Partner is responsible at all times for the accuracy, completeness and correctness of the (descriptive) information, including the rates and availability displayed on our Platform. Our Platform does not have the purpose, and should not be seen from this perspective, to recommend or support any Partner marketed on it, in terms of quality, level of service, classification and assignment of the category by stars or relatively to its offices and facilities or services and products offered.

4. Costs of the service
Our service has a cost that varies for each case; in the booking summary you will find the words "booking fee", which is added to the total cost of the services purchased.
5. Payments by credit card
For hotel reservations, the credit card details will be used directly by the Partners to guarantee the reservation. In some cases, this may be pre-authorized or charged (sometimes without the possibility of a refund) at the time of booking. Before making your reservation, check with at
